Graduating from Johnson and Wales and growing up in the Hospitality industry, Holly has seen firsthand what is effective and what needs to change, making her the perfect match for this position. After experiencing venues and vendors from Aspen to Front Range to Houston, Texas and now the Denver Metro area, she has a full spectrum of negotiating and event planning skills. Her upbeat enthusiasm and organizational tactics encourage volunteers, vendors and her team to perform at the highest level of expectations. Her ability to understand and listen to the ideas at hand make her an incredible asset to an organization that is itching to be at the top of their game. With over nine years of industry experience, Ashley knows how to make your event unique and memorable. Her impeccable design skills and organization makes her perfect for corporate event planning. Graduating from the University of Iowa with Business and Journalism degrees, Ashley understands what it means to impress clients and to keep staff happy as well. Her professional and positive attitude as well as her drive for excellence completes the Carte d'Or family.

Christopher Conville, Executive Chef

Christopher has been cooking since he was 10 and at 18 he knew cooking was his passion. After traveling the country and apprenticing under various chefs, Christopher became the Executive Chef at the Seattle Art Museum and held that position for 16 years. He also won numerous awards and made several television appearances. Christopher even cooked for the King and Queen of Spain! He believes food is more than something on a plate and can tell you where everything on that plate came from. His main hope is that his passion for food will transfer to you through his cooking.
